 Drew McIntyre

While many fellow 15-year-olds were worried about sitting at the “popular table” at lunchtime, Drew McIntyre was already training to become a WWE Superstar. He didn’t have to wait terribly long to achieve his dream, either, as the endlessly athletic Scotsman skyrocketed from the U.K. independent scene to the big show, WWE, at just age 22. The outlook was so bright for the 6-foot-5 McIntyre that when he first arrived, Mr. McMahon labeled him a “future World Champion.” The Chairman was eventually proven correct, though fulfilling that prophecy did not come easily for McIntyre.

Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler, and Drew McIntyre make their way to the ring.

Dolph says you are looking at the greatest three man group in WWE history. Drew says they didn’t need a catchy name or matching tactical vests. Braum says they proved it last week against the Shield and they will do it against anyone at any time.

We see what happened last week when they faced the Shield and Dean leaving the ring alone. We see comments from Dean after Raw. Dean says he doesn’t get it. Maybe he doesn’t fit in anywhere.

Drew says he hates to say I told you so but I tould you so. They did not beat the Shield, they broke the Shield. Drew says he cannot imagine what Dean is thinking about and where does he belong in the Shield. Seth and Roman have been the ones who benefitted from the relationship. You have finally opened your eyes and the Shield have been shattered.

Braun says that at this rate, they won’t be around to have Roman’s back as he becomes Universal Champion at Crown Jewel. Drew says there is the World Cup and after he beats Seth to qualify for the World Cup and he proves to everyone that he is the best in this world. Dolph stops Drew and reminds him that he has a qualifying match against Dean Ambrose. After he wins, maybe they will go head to head in the finals.

Drew says as good as Dolph is, you are no Drew McInytre, Dolph says he agrees with Drew because he is the most consistent superstar. Braun interrupts and says that at Crown Jewel, Lesnar and Roman are both going to get these hands. The music for The Shield plays and they make their way to the ring, at least Roman and Seth make their way to the stage.

Dolph points out that we are listening to two thirds of the Shield. Where is Dean Ambrose? Dolph suggests that they don’t care where Dean is. Dolph says he does not care if Dean shows up and he will take a forfeit.

Seth says that they know Dean very well and he works on Ambrose time. He will show up. Roman says the funny part is that you are worried about Dean when you should be worried about these titles. Dolph and Drew are not getting close to these titles. After Crown Jewel, Braun is going to the back of the line.

Seth says he has always liked Philadelphia. The cheese steaks are fantastic, but Philly is a fighting town. Why not have our match now.
